Realtor Leebeth "Ann" Lemieux I
received my recognition as a Realtor in 1993, specializing in
residential and land properties. I enjoy the match making of
real estate, may it be existing properties or starting from the
beginning and draw plans to meet the wants and needs of my
clients. My husband, Mark and I got married in December 1975. We have two boys Nicholas and Jack. Nicholas is a Master Plumber and married Kristy in August 2005.
Nicholas has two children, Cole and Lexie.
I also have another business, Lemieux Design & Drafting Service which was established in 1987.
Realtor
Gregory J. Beeman I
received my Realtor designation September 2009 and am looking
forward to the opportunity to serve both Buyers and Sellers in
all their real estate needs here in the Northwestern part of
Vermont. I have lived in the Fairfax/Cambridge area for over 35
years with my wife, Melissa and our 21 year old daughter,
Lauren. My past experience has not only been as customer service
in the restaurant and lodging but also a community member
involved in the school board and coaching soccer & little league
baseball. Other interest include singing, guitar, biking,
politics, architecture and anything to do with water, cross
country and downhill skiing. B.C. Beeman, North Building and
Remodeling, LLC is a business I have owned for 21 years. I will
continue to have my business but also want to have real estate
be a big part in my life.
Robert "Bob" Abair
Realtor, Accredited Buyer Representative
Licensed
in 2001, I bring years of residential and multi-family
experience to the table. Focusing on my clients' best interest,
I've been very successful in satisfying the needs of buyers and
sellers during this period of time. Today, real estate marketing
is in large part about the internet, but the need for a
responsive, dependable, detail oriented, and trustworthy agent
working behind the scenes is still a vital part of the
buying/selling process. I'm ready to effectively represent all
your residential real estate needs. I'm currently on the board
of directors for the Franklin County Board of Realtors. I
graduated from Castleton State College in 1980, then spent over
23 years in the military, retiring in 2005. My wife of over 30
years, Sheila, is an Emergency Room Nurse at NMC in St Albans.
We have three boys, Andrew, David, and Jamie, two grandchildren,
Noah & Kyla, and four dogs. Our family has been in St Albans
since 1990. During the 90s I coached youth soccer and basketball
for several years through the St Albans Recreation Dept. We
truly enjoy the recreation that Vermont offers; camping,
boating, skiing, golfing, hiking, fishing, hunting, really any
outdoor activity.
