About Dusty Trail Realty
Dusty Trail Realty was established August 2001. The name Dusty Trail Realty came about because we live on a dirt road and I like horses but husband is allergic to them so the logo is the next best thing. Dusty Trail Realty only has Realtors that are interested in their clients needs and wants before their own.
Realtors Leebeth "Ann" Lemieux I received my recognition as a Realtor in 1993, specializing in residential and land properties. I enjoy the match making of real estate, may it be existing properties or starting from the beginning and draw plans to meet the wants and needs of my clients. My husband, Mark and I got my married in December 1975. We have two boys Nicholas and Jack. Nicholas is a Master Plumber and married Kristy in August 2005. They had their first child Cole, June 27, 2006. Jack is tall with blue eyes and is a skier. Presently he is unmarried and enjoying life. I also have another business, Lemieux Design & Drafting Service which was established in 1987.
Tamara Rose Smith I received my real estate license, and became a Realtor in August 2006. I have always been excited about how a house can become a home. Having been through the purchase and sale of three properties myself, at different times in my life, I felt that I wanted to be able to help other people through this momentous occasion in their lives. I love looking at different properties, and matching them to new owners. I look forward to serving the needs of prospective buyers and sellers. I have a wonderful husband, Gary, and two children; one a martial arts instructor, and the other is still trying to "find herself."
